Important Announcement: Transitioning to Zoho Desk for Support!

We have transitioned from SharePoint Forms to Zoho Desk for all support and ticketing needs.

Zoho Desk offers a more streamlined, transparent, and efficient way for you to submit, track, and manage your support requests. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to improve your support experience and provide faster, more reliable resolutions.

What’s Changing:

  • All support tickets must be submitted via Zoho Desk.
  • ✅ The old SharePoint forms will be completely shut down on July 15th. No new tickets will be worked on the old system. We will only close tickets received on the old system before July 1st.

We have attached the SOP and User Journey video with detailed instructions and a quick start on how to use the new system. Our team will also be available to answer any questions and support you during this transition.
