We’ve received multiple reports from centers and users around 05:45 PM EST that MyStudio is not working properly. Affected users are unable to log in and are encountering the error message:

“502 Bad Request " and "Invalid Server Response.”

This issue has been escalated to the MyStudio team with the highest priority, and they are actively working to resolve it.

We will provide further updates as soon as we receive more information.
