Hi All,

We received reports of delayed or deferred email delivery, particularly to Outlook/Hotmail inboxes. This was due to recent tightening of spam and security rules by Microsoft across the industry.
While SPF and DKIM were correctly configured, our DMARC policy was previously set to “none,” which did not meet these updated requirements.

✅ What we’ve done:
Updated DMARC policy to “quarantine” to align with Microsoft’s standards
Ensured full alignment across SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Strengthened email authentication to protect sender reputation

🚀 What to expect:
Email deferrals should now be resolved
Improved delivery to Outlook/Hotmail inboxes
Reduced likelihood of emails going to spam or being blocked
