This is to formally confirm the planned maintenance window for the IMPACT Recolorization BIG Release.

📅 Maintenance Schedule

• Start: Saturday, June 13th at 4:00 PM EST
• Duration: Up to 48 hours (worst-case scenario)
• Expected Completion: Before business resumes on Monday, June 15th

⚠️ Important Notice

During the maintenance window, all IMPACT applications must not be used.

🔄 The team will be:

• Migrating Ninja data
• Updating multiple systems
• Performing validation and post-migration checks

✅ Key Release Information

🌍 Migration Order

• The UK migration will be completed first.

👥 Support Coverage

• Development, QA, and Support teams will actively monitor the release throughout the weekend.
• Teams will be available to address issues as they arise.

💾 Backup & Recovery Plan

• An IMPACT backup strategy is in place.
• Backup restoration requires approximately 5–6 hours and will only be used in critical failure scenarios.

🔧 Rollback Strategy

• Due to the nature of the database and migration updates, a traditional rollback is not practical for this release.
• If issues arise, the team will follow a fix-forward approach while continuing to evaluate rollback options for future releases.

🧪 Pre-Production Testing

• Migration scripts will be executed in the non-production environment on June 6th and June 7th to determine the expected migration duration and validate the process.

🎯 Primary Objective

Our goal is to ensure all systems are:

✔️ Fully validated
✔️ Operational
✔️ Ready for business use before Monday, June 15th
