We’ve identified an issue where progress in Ninja Game Jam projects may not be saved properly. To prevent any data loss, we request all centers to guide Ninjas to follow the steps below:

🔹 Save a copy of the project frequently.
➡️ Please remind all Ninjas to save their projects regularly.

🔹 Manually download the project file and submit it to the tech team via a support ticket.
➡️ This ensures we can restore the project in case any progress is lost.

🔹 Download a copy before checking out for the day.
➡️ This step is critical for ensuring no work is lost overnight.

📌 Note:

• 🎥 Recording links for “How to Save a Copy of the Sandbox Project” and “How to Download a Sandbox Project” are attached below.

• Emojis selected in the original project will not be carried over when saving a copy. Please ensure emojis are counted separately.
