Hello UK Centers,
We are taking steps to improve the UK infrastructure.
Whatโs happening:
We will be migrating the Function Apps for the UK production environment to a new App Service Plan.
This migration is scheduled for Thursday, 09/11/2025 at 3:00 AM EST, before UK centers log in. We have a rollback plan in place in case we encounter any issues.
Benefits:
1. Enable autoscaling of servers in the UK region (the system can automatically adjust its capacity to handle more users when needed).
2. Currently, UK production is running on 2 instances, which is sufficient, but autoscaling will make the system more efficient.
This update will help ensure smoother performance for all UK centers.
