We’ve received reports that some users are seeing Impact – stage and dev environment URLs in Google search results. This is happening because these non-production URLs were indexed by Google.

We are currently working to remove these non-production URLs from Google search. As a temporary fix, code changes have been implemented to prevent these URLs from being indexed in the future. However, since the site was already indexed earlier, it may take some time for Google to remove them completely.
