🚨 Notice: MyStudio Check-In Issue 🚨

HI Team,

We’ve received reports from our UK centres this morning that some MyStudio check-in requests are failing. This appears to be a potential MyStudio system issue.

✅ In the meantime, centers can continue to check in Ninjas using the manual check-in option on the Center Portal.

Detailed steps are available in the attached Pdf doc.

⚠️ If an error message appears during check-in, please retry — the Ninja should still be successfully checked in.

Our team is actively working with MyStudio Support to identify the root cause and will share updates as soon as they become available.
