Service Update: IMPACT Portal Access Restored

Hello Everyone,

Microsoft has rolled back to the previous stable configuration. You should now begin to see recovery of services and regain access to the IMPACT portals.

Please note that some users may still experience intermittent issues, as Azure services have not yet fully recovered. Microsoft anticipates complete mitigation within the next four hours.

Note: Some users may need to clear their browser cookies and temporary files to ensure proper access.
