Center Portal: Steps to Extend Session Time

  1. 1. Browse and click on the “Ninjas in Dojo” button on the Homepage of the Center Portal. 
     

 
 

  1. 2. Select the Ninja’s tab whom you want to extend the session for. 
    Note: To be able to reduce their session time, Center Staff needs to make sure that Ninja’s session was extended in the first place. 

 

  

  1. 3. Click on “+15 mins” to add 15 mins to the Ninja’s session. For example, to increase a session by 1 hour, you’ll click the “+15 mins” button four times. 

  2. Note:  
    CAMPS by default have a session of 3 hours, which can be extended till 8 hours 

Create by default have a session of 1 hour, which is extendable till 4 hours. 

 
 
 

 

  1. 4. When you’ve selected the time that you want to add to a Ninja’s session, you’ll be able to see the current timings in Orange, and the newly extended timings in White. 

 
 
 


  2. 5. Click on “Make Changes” to complete session extension. And you’ll be able to see a notification on the footer of the Session Extension screen when session extension is successful.
