Steps to Select the Accurate Department by Category of Concerns

- Once you're on the Code Ninjas Support Portal Sign In page.
- Use the Office 365 SSO icon under Sign In Using section.

Access the "My Area/Submit a Ticket" Section:
- Navigate to the "My Area" and then to "Add Ticket" section.

Identify the Category of Concern and Select the Appropriate Department:
- Determine the nature of the issue before selecting the "Department".
- Based on the identified category, choose the correct department from the dropdown menu.
