Update Your Profile and Contact Information
Keeping your profile and contact details updated ensures you receive timely notifications and support responses. Follow these steps to update your profile and contact information on Support.
1. Log into Zoho Desk
- Once you're on the Code Ninjas Support Portal Sign In page.
- Use the Office 365 SSO icon under Sign In Using section.
2. Access Profile Settings
- Click on your profile icon (usually at the top-right corner of the screen).
- Select "View Profile" from the dropdown menu.
- In the Profile section, click on "Manage Profile".
- Click on "Edit Profile".
- Scroll and update the User Information, Contact Information and Location Information section.
- Ensure the information is accurate to receive support updates.
5. Save Changes
- Click "Save" or "Update" to apply the changes.
- Log out and log back in to ensure your updates are reflected.
